Solved Photoshop Annoying Interface Thing...

Hey Guys i Just Opened my photoshop and when i put one of my photos i Get this Thing But i dont know where it came from or what it is...here you can see a snapshot of my photoshop.

Apparently it seems to be a brush is selected . Select the move tool, and see if it is still there.
