Photoshop CS5 - Layer Problem. Help please!

Hi all, the other day my layer's option dissapeared from the bottom right of my photoshop and i don't know how to get it back! i can manually edit my layer's by going to file etc but that just take's too long, how do i get it back? thankyou.

Look under Windows, Workspace, Keyboard Shortcuts and menus, also the F7 key opens layers...
