Physical Memory/CPU Usage showing high
Hi I'm using a windows 7 x64 home edition on an hp desktop. 3 gb ram 584 gb memory. Lately my physical memory has been running unusually high at 44 - 45% with nothing up or just with chrome and can get up into 60 - 75% when I'm actually browsing on chrome. here are a couple screens of my physical memory. I only have one account on this computer and just let me know if you need to see process for all user.

1.42GB? seems normal, it'll go up depends on the program if it wants to get more memory from your ram.

The memory usage shown seems reasonable on a 64 bit OS with 2815 MB RAM available. If there is a problem it is not shown in the displays.
Understand that memory usage in Windows is highly dynamic. Windows will always try to assign memory where it will the most good in maintaining the best overall system performance. If memory is needed for other applications this usage will be trimmed back to meet the demand, drastically if necessary.

Mine is at 1.9 GB with just one browser open.
So I don't see a problem with Burningdm usage either.

I suppose so, its usually running around 1.10 1.15 gb even with chrome open so I was just concerned with the sudden increase. Thank you all very much for your inputs.
