Solved Plantronics Audio 355 MIC not working?

So i just bought a Plantronics Audio 355 From EbGames IN AUS

So the problem is that i can hear sounds properly but when i use a program like Action record my voice, i can't hear my voice but i can hear a LOUD buzzing noise.

HOW do i fix this, AND I KNOW its not muted.

Has any microphone worked in this PC?

Make sure the microphone plug is fully inserted. If you are plugging into the front panel microphone jack, try the PINK mic jack on the rear.

Is there another PC you can try this on? If you don't have one, a friend's PC.

Well my older brother came and what he did was he plugged it in the back since the front is a bit broken ^_^

BUT, whenever i want it to work, i have to take the pink, black and green cords out and replace them with the one that comes with the headset, BUT i have to do that every time i want to switch.

He also went to the realtek HD audio manager and whenever we use the headset, he has to switch it to stereo and not 5.1 speaker.

I hope that makes sence so i will end this thing...
