Please Help, BSOD is killing

Dear all,
I've installed Win 7 EE on my Toshiba A215-S7407 laptop in January11, and only after about 15 days i am getting BSOD crashes very frequently and sometimes i'm unable to even use my system for 2 hours without getting interrupted by the B Screen. I just saw today at this forum and Downloaded the BSOD Dump & System File Collection app.
I'm enclosing the perfmon report and Dump report.
Please Help me, i'm unable to do abything peacefully.
Please tell me if i need to provide any other information as well.

Hi -

Bugcheck 0x24 is present = NTFS file system - likely HDD failure
- run chkdsk /r
- run HDD Diags

Run memtest86+

Remove Daemon Tools/ Alcohol 120.

Very first 2 BSODs - bugcheck 0x124 = WHEA = Machine check exception
