Solved Please Help ME!!!

I get this error always when I open anything in Windows: the file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program, or if one is already installed create an assoication in the default programs control panel.



PLEASE HELP ME!!! I CAN'T DO ANYTHING IN WINDOWS
