Please help with blue screen problem

Not exactly sure when blue screen started but, it is definitely getting more frequent. I believe my son does it when he's watching you tube videos..

Turn OFF/remove the firewall component of Bitdefender. When you do that, Windows should offer to turn on its own firewall - accept that offer.
