Well hello there, i have ran into this problem this morning and immediately took action. I was trying to find a fix for this issue on Google and came across this fancy forum site . I went here

did you solve the pleasewait.exe and what does it have to do with wat.exe ?

Do you have / have you ever had/ a software called AutoPlay Menu Builder by Linasoft installed? If not, have you installed any new software/ made any recent changes to your computer?

I suggest a full scan of your computer with Malwarebytes Anti Malware followed by a full scan using your Anti Virus program.
