Pleasewait.exe ¿virus? PLEASE HELP

Hi recently a friends computer got a pop up saying "windows cant find pleasewait.exe", and when you click okey it restarts the pc, i've already made some scans and deletes some viruses but still thats not going anywhere, please help me :b

Perform a clean boot:

Then, make a full scan with Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes.
