Poping/Hissing/Squealing during bootup

Am getting a Poping/Hissing/Squealing during bootup. Starts at the windows screen and quits after 5 seconds on the logon screen. Very annoying. Any sugesstions?

If it's coming from your speakers then try updating your sound card drivers. If it's from inside your PC case then it could be motherboard or PSU capacitors failing.

Device manager checks internet and says it has most recent update.

Try disabling the Windows startup sound.

Control Panel/Sound/ then the Sounds tab.

Could be there's too much going on an the startup sound is getting distorted.

Sounds like interference to me. Check to see if your audio cords are laying across any power cords or are close to your power supply
