As the title states.
Windows 7 Pro is loading a popup every few hours telling me I'm a thief.
I have an HP Elitebook Workstation. I installed bare crapware free Windows 7 Pro from a Microsoft Digital River ISO loaded to a thumb drive four years ago using the OEM COA key for Win 7 Pro in the battery compartment.
SLUI.exe 4 and SLUI.exe 3 don't do a thing so I can't re-enter the COA key and proceed to phone activation.
I've run scans with Malware Bytes, Super Anti Spyware, and the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal tool. No critters found.
Windows validation run from IE 11 fails with a scripting error.
