port assignment

I have not been able to find which port is assigned to which device in window7.in the device manager there is no reference to show to which port a device is assigned.could any one help me to be able to find a port assigned to a particular device.Thanks.

Also open Devices and Printers.
Select Print Server Properties from the menu bar
Then select the Ports tab.
