port-forwarding not working

I want to port-forward. But my password is wrong to everything i try.
i've tried: admin, 1234, arris. nothing seems to work. EVEN after a fact-reset, It still does it.. ?help?

You haven't provided any information we can use to help you?

How are you trying to do port forwarding?
What make and model router do you have?
Most routers now days have the default userid and password on a piece of paper on the bottom of the router, but the Owners Manual should also have this.
