Port of win7 (XP_virtualpc) to win10 virtualbox

Hi,

I use for an old scanner purpose a win7 ultimate set housing virtualPC with one XP virtual machine.

I've come across the use of disk2vhd to virtualize virtualPC in order to use it in win10 with virtualbox.
Unfortunately, when I launch whatever disk2vhd copy in virtualPC, I get the error message "this is not a valid win32 application..."
What do I miss ?

So I'm disk2vhd_ing my whole win7 but being near 500Go i'm concerned with it's use in virtualbox.
I've tried to use hyperV in windows 10 to find it not so so...
