Hello ! I have a Quick question , is it possible to use a Windows 7 Home premium full retail disc twice on the same computer ?

If so, how many?

On the side of the box ( with the disc inside ) it says " for use on 1 computer only "

Please help quickly !

If you are talking about creating a dual boot configuration of Windows 7 on the same machine, then, as far as I know, yes, you can use the same key for both installations.. ;)

Well, the story is as follows;

I bought my custom buildt computer for a little over a year ago, without any Os. So i bought a full retail copy disc .Now, i'm thinking of deleting everything on my computer and install the same windows version again, on the same computer.. So thats my question .. Is this possible ? Without having to buy a new disc/key?

To answer your question I use my copy of Windows on two partitions and I've had no problems whatsoever.

That makes sense because it's physically impossible to run both copies at once and both copies will activate because they use the same hash key to do so.

The reason I install Windows twice? One partition is used purely for running Adobe Design Premium CS4, the other is used for Microsoft Office et al.
