Is it possible to use Intel AX200 WiFi 6 drivers on windows 7?

I have a wifi & blue tooth card combo and it uses intel ax200, i need intel ax200 driver to use the card. Theres no drivers for windows 7. Is is possible to use the windows 10 drivers on windows 7?

I'm pretty sure the Intel WiFi 6 AX200 wireless device is supported only by Windows 10 and Windows 11, but someone else here can correct me if I'm wrong.

no. the win10 drivers may fail to load on Win7 with either code 10 error or code 39 error in device manager
