anyone know how much power supply a Optiplex 755 small form computer provides>?
And if it's enough to support a Raeon HD 4350 Graphics card>?

According to anAndtech.com the radeon HD 4350 uses 170w idle and 190w at load but can the optiplex support that>?

I would try removing the PSU from the computer case and reading anything written on it. You might find the specs or a model number you can google. You might also be able to find the info in your BIOS.

which should be OK with the 4350. One thing to remember with those figures you quoted from Anandtech, they are total system load and not just the video card.

You're welcome. Also found this on the Dell forums,

Best card for Dell optiplex 755 SFF - Gaming Rig Talk Forum - Gaming - Dell Community

where someone with the same 755 ran it with either of these,

Newegg.com - SPARKLE SX98GT512D3L-NM GeForce 9800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

Newegg.com - SPARKLE SX98GT512D3L-NM GeForce 9800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

both of which are low profile and lower power (neither requires the extra power connection like the full size versions), and if looking at gaming will be quite a bit faster than the 4350.

If it's the small form factor 755, the PSU is 275W:

Documentation

(Ultra SFF, 220W, but no expansion slots.)

(support.dell.com is usually a good source, but it's very snail-like tonight.)

The 4350 is supposed to need less than 25W. Your friend ought to be fine. I just hope that he/she isn't planning on stellar gaming performance.
