Power Supply + video card question

I am planing to get this power supply: Newegg.ca - XFX PRO850W XXX Edition Semi-Modular 80 Plus Silver Certified 850 Watt Active PFC Power Supply
with 2 of these video cards: Newegg.ca - PowerColor AX6970 2GBD5-2DH Radeon HD 6970 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

Has enough power for them but someone said to me that it don't have enough 6pins to support them since both Video cards require 2x6pin adapters

One thing I have issues with is telling how much pins/what pins a CPU comes with even when it shows list:
SO here's a list of pins:
1 x Main connector (20+4-pin)
1 x 4+4-pin ATX 12V
1 x 8-pin EPS12V
8 x Peripheral
8 x SATA
2 x Floppy
4 x PCI-E

and here is the required pins:
6 pin / 8 pin x 2

from what I seen n read, there should be but I want to make 100% sure :3

the connectors you are after are the4x PCI-E connectors.

They should be 6 pin with an additional optional 2 pins hanging off the side.

might i ask why you think you need 2 6970 cards? one is about the most powerful single cored card you can get and will max out anything easily, so 2 will be pointless. Bit like buying a Ferrari just to drive to the local corner shop...

Cuz If i buy 1 i get the other one 50% off and also free shipping for both as well life time warranty (a coupon I won from a neweggs contest)
might as well, makes future proof and will make the graphic cards last longer.

It's semi-modular. It has two hardwired 6+2 pin PCI-E power connectors, plus two more modular ones (4 total). The 6970s require one 6 pin and one 8 pin each, so you're fine.

The PSU doesn't have a lot of excess capacity for your purposes, but it ought to be OK.
