Preinstalled Windows 7 says it's not genuine

Newbie here, so please forgive me if mistakes are made.

About a month ago the "not genuine window" started to come up. (system says Windows is activated)

I've tried all the methods on the forum I've seen so far with the exception of the newest I've seen where the user (Vanillarose) had to download and extract a file called "sluicom64.zip".

I tried the Command prompt query and got the same results.

I wanted to wait for advice before trying their method.
