Print Avery 06141 labels in Word 2003?

I'm trying to find an Avery label template for Word 2003.

But everywhere I look I hit a dead end.

I know this has to be easy to do, once you know how.

So, where do I start?

The label package I have has this number on it: 06141.

Is this MS website any help for you. Read through it & you will see a link to Avery for their label wizard that you can download.

Hi Ranger4,

I think I may have discovered why I was unable to find a printing template for Avery 6141 labels: Apparently they don't have a template for that particular product.

When I enter the product number from the package into the Avery web page, I get a message saying "We couldn't find any matches for your search."

The labels are called Avery Permanent File Folder Labels 5/8" x 2 3/4"

I have two packages, one has the number 06141 and the other is numbered just 6141.

Neither number works at the Avery web site.

Looks like I'm out of luck.

Yes I am familiar with file folder labels if they are the ones that come on a sheet that you can use to name folders in filing cabinet.

A work around would be set up a table in Word & adjust each cell in the table to match your Avery labels. By fiddling around with the cell spacing etc. you may be able to get a very good match. When it looks right, name some of the cells as you would if you were actually printing them & print it out on a blank sheet of paper & see if it lines up with the Avery labels. If it does you could go ahead & use the Avery label sheet.
