[FONT=&quot]I've been convinced for years that there is a demon in my machine. Here's the latest and it's weird:
My HP top printing margin is nonexistent. I've checked out every possible cause: page setup/custom margins (set it for 2" from top), I hit enter till the graphic is in the middle of the page, sent up a prayer to the computer god, etc. It looks fine in print preview, but as you can see from the attached, no success. The margin lines on the original page I setup are visible but the scan doesn't show all lines. Your advise, as always, will really be welcome. ellenc

Where are you printing from? MS Word (what version)? some other wordprocessor? A browser?

What model HP Printer?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I've been using Word 2010 for years. I print directly from my HP printer Envy 4500 series. Never had a problem all these years; suddenly, a couple of months ago, this margin thing happened. ec

I have the current version of MSWord, but used Word 2003 for many years.

In 2003, there was option for page layout, margins, etc. That area could be one potential.

In the current version there is a Layout tab. If yours has this, check the options.
