Hello,

I have been trying to read a lot of articles on how to solve this issue. I am running Windows 7 x86 and the printer spooler crashes everytime the user logins.

If I restart manually, then it works fine else it's always an issue.

TroubleShooting Steps I've tried:

#1: I have deleted windows/system32/spool/PRINTERS and /drivers folder.
#2: I have deleted everything under

  1. HT_Local_Machine/system/currentcontrolset/control/print/environments/Windows NT x86/drivers/Version-3

and I have removed everything.(old drivers).I dont' know what else to do.

Please Experts, Help me ou

This may not be the solution, but you can set the print spooler service start up type to manual. This way, the service will automatically be started when required and not at login.

To do this, go to start, type 'services.msc', hit enter. Find the print spooler service, double click it, set start up type to "Manual".

Hope this helps.
