Printer won't work in W-7 Pro XP Mode

Hey y'all,
Printer: HP LaserJet 1320
Installed HP Universal Printer Driver - no printing
Tried to install HP UPD-PCL5-x64-5.7.0.16448(3) - won't install
Printer shows up on Devices & Printers - is the default
Printer is on USB port
From Word -Print - document isn't waiting in the queu
From Notepad - Print - document isn't waiting in the queu
What gives?

Have you turned on (attached) the USB device (printer) in Integration Components?
