problem after changing of GPU

in the last weeks my old gpu ati 4600 done a lot of problem in my pc. after few days
the monitor blinks and there was no screen. i check the card and he was ruined.
a friend gave my nvidia 8500 gt card. the problem was that the drivers of
ati was still installed in win7. when i plugged the card to pc the windows
freeze in the screen of win7 boot. so what i did i install win7 on the exist system
in order to enter windows. now the problem i have new windows that work and
old windows folder with all windows and all my data that i need. i can access
to files and buckup them but i prefer to enter the old windows with all my data and software and somehow to delte to old ati drivers that it will not freeze in the boot.
how can enter the old windwos 7 with all my data and files?

You can't...you installed Windows over itself which automatically moved all existing files into windows.old. You can't undo this.
You would probably have been able to boot Windows in safe mode or with VGA only and then uninstall the ATI drivers. Unfortunately it seems you went ahead of yourself and reinstalled it over itself, and now it's too late You will have to go through the windows.old folder and retrieve your personal files manually.
