Norton is known to be a cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Uninstall Norton using the Norton Removal Tool in Safe Mode. Download Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled

In Safe Mode, uninstall your nVidia drivers. Run Driver Sweeper to clean up. Install nVidia drivers.
