Problem Steps Recorder not giving option to save

Hi... I am running Windows 7 Professional Service Pack1 and trying to save a screen video. When I run Problem Steps Recorder, it starts recording but when I stop the recording I don't get an option to save it. Please can someone advise what might be the problem ?
