Problem trying to install cfg file into Outlook 2016

Have followed HowTo-Outlook directions to show sender's email address in message view. (https://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/viewsenderaddress.htm) Have downloaded and unzipped viewsendersaddress.zip into C > Program Files > Microsoft Office > Office16 > 1033 as viewsendersaddress.cfg (which also has two IPMS.ico files and a readme.txt file) but when in Form Manager dialog I press Install and click on the cfg file I get message "The form cannot be installed. The file cannot be found. File C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\1033\IPMS.ico" Please can someone say what I am not doing or doing wrongly?

Did you follow the directions shown in the How to Outlook website. It does not show any data for Outlook 2016, but did you try the Outlook 2013 directions.

I see you are running Windows 10, so the program may not work with 10. You could try joining the Ten Forum & see is they can help you. The Ten Forum link is shown at the bottom of this screen page.
