I won't be able to tell you whether it works or not, because I've reinstalled windows 7 in my computer, but thanks for answer, and also for "tamam" :D.

I see nothing wrong. Everything looks fine. Remember, task manager needs to use CPU to make those pretty graphs.
It is an outdated problem, but I should say something, taskmanager needs to use CPU, but it also is in the processes tab, that is, it's in the part of 2% of CPU usage. However, in performance, it should show 100-98%=2% but it doesn't. It shows 10%, it WAS my problem. In other words, when system idle process is 98%, and cpu usage is 10%, their sum is %108. It should be 100%. I restarted the computer and didn't see this problem again. I only wanted to tell again what it was, not a big issue.
