Problem with Excel Spreadsheet

I have to admit that I am not proficient in the MS Excel program. I have to fill in a form for a potential employer but the cell is too small to contain all of the information--the information that I typed in goes "off the page" into neighboring cells that are not part of the form. I can't seem to figure out how to fix this.

Can someone give me a clue? Thanks for any and all advice!

Keep the mouse on the end of the column header you wish to widen, and when the cursor turns into a double arrow, double-click the mouse left hand button. The column gets widened automatically to fit the longest number or string you typed below in that column. I use this a lot in my excel sheets.

I tried wrapping the text but then it is not legible!
.
Now all you need to do is to change the height of the row:
Highlight the row by touching the extreme left of the row. Then hover your cursor over the lower edge of the extreme left cell until you see a double ended arrow, left-click and drag down (or simply double-click). It should now fit your text.
