Solved Problem with multiple Windows Explorer windows opening

Hi. I'm having a problem with multiple Windows Explorer windows opening when I click on folders in the Windows Explorer window; for example, if I want to get to my iTunes songs, I click on "C:" on the left side of the Windows Explorer window and then "Users" on the right side. When I click on "Users," a second window opens up with my name, Jonathan, as one of the folders. When I click on "Jonathan," a third window opens with the "My Music" folder in the new window. I then click on "My Music," which opens up a fourth window that brings me to my iTunes folder. When I click on the iTunes folder, a fifth window opens, bringing me to the "iTunes Media" folder. When I click on that folder, a sixth window opens, bringing me to the "Music" folder. When I click on the "Music" folder, a seventh window opens, bringing me to a list of the names of the artists in my iTunes library. I then click on an artist name, which opens an eighth window with the folder "Unknown Album" in it. I click on "Unknown Album" and a 9th window opens with a list of the songs.

I then have to go back and close all the windows I don't need. And it doesn't just happen with iTunes; it happens with everything.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Folder Options - Browse folders

Try checking the "Browse folders" settings on the "General" tab, in your "Folder Options" window.

Type "Folder Options" (without the quotes) in your Start Menu search box and choose "Folder Options" from the results list.
