Problem with Photoshop CS4

Just started having a problem with CS4, first symptom, the message in the first attached screen shot pops up each time I open the program, even if I have selected "do not show message." Once CS4 opens and I open an file, I get the message, "CS4 as stopped working," as shown in the second screen shot. I have updated Windows, Photoshop, Adobe in general and uninstalled/reinstalled Photoshop. No luck so far.

The first message is not very clear to read ... can you post a scerrnshot taken using the snipping tool , found in Start > all programs > accessories ?

And what is the amount of RAM installed there ?
