I am running Office 2010 Professional (32-bit) on Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).
I have no trouble arranging files (eg Inbox) by Date, To, etc. but any search always reports "no matches found".
I have read all the previous posts on Outlook Search but nothing seems to help me.
CP Programs and Features shows a single entry for Microsoft Office Professional 2010 so I can't uninstall just Outlook. I have tried Repair but that made no difference.
I would welcome any advice or suggestions.
Thanks.

Microsoft Support helped in the solving of this problem. In retrospect it may have been solved by running SCANpst.exe on the Outlook Data file. SCANpst.exe is found in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 14\ or in Program Files (x86)\... if using 64 bit Windows 7.

I hope this helps someone else with an Outlook problem.
