Hello, the message Problem with Shortcut popped up, I pressed it by mistake and the icon disappeared, has the program that was the shortcut been deleted and is it possible to restore everything?

First your need to find the program. If installed it should be in "C:\Program Files" or "C:\Program Files (x86)". Then make a new shortcut to it. I find right-clicking on program file and selecting Send to > Desktop useful. I can then copy the shortcut to wherever I want.
