Problem with Wireless or Access point.

It all started last night, I had downloaded a file and It was infected with a virus. It stripped my Windows Key now my computer says my windows isn't valid, also it took out my internet. I tried downloading and installing drivers, but nothing is working.

I tried a Restore point, both of the failed.
My Specs are Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bit
Intel(R) Core(TM)i3 CPU M350 @2.27GHz 2.27GHz
4gb of Ram

Download and run malwarebytes free,
uncheck the trial version option.
enable rootkit detection in dashboard settings

post a screenshot of your Device manager >> network adapter.

What is the Make/model (Dell)( XXXXX)???
