Problems with signatures in the gamepad drivers

I have an acteck AGJ 3350 gamepad. Lost the disk so I just dowloaded the drivers from the companies website and win7 doesn't recognize them and recalls the pad as a troubled hardware.

thank you for your reply. As you can guess I'm new with the system. I checked it and turns out its not compatible. What next should I expect the drivers to come from acteck or from Microsoft?
