Try another connector on the motherboard for the flat red cable. You probably have at least 4 identical ports on the mobo.

Not sure, I don't think that drive should have any jumpers on the jumper block? And it certainly should not have a cable connected to the jumper block as in the first pic you posted.

Cables can be cranky, but they are keyed to fit one way only. You may have them rotated 180 degrees wrong, and they may not really be making contact.

There isnt any other connectors on there. Only one Molex and one of the SATA PSU cables.
Already tried switching the SATA cable to the mobo between the different ports

You might need to add a SATA splitter cale to give you more SATA power connections to multiple SATA drives

It looks liike you need to get a new PSU with SATA power cable. Or may be with high voltage.

That cable is going to the PSU, and fits right in the 8-pin slot on the HDD.

There is a problem by that.
I bought it online, from England.
If i even get the convinced and they agree to give me a replacement it will take weeks for it to get here.

Thats the black SATA cable which goes to the PSU

Appears to be a low rent generic so-called 400 watt supply that in reality may supply who knows what of whatever quality.

You need exactly two cables for the drive. Go to WD and confirm that drive needs no jumpers. If it happens to have jumpers on the jumper block, they are presumably in a default position.

Jumpers are teeny tiny and you may need tweezers to remove them. They are maybe 1/3 the size of a pencil eraser. Don't remove if there are any on the block.

If you have ruined the drive, I would do what I had to do to get a legit 400 watt power supply at teh same time--Seasonic, Corsair, etc. Otherwise, you apparently can't run 2 SATA devices on that PC, at least not without an adapter (if they are even made). Ridiculous.

From that picture It looks to me as if you have connected the correct SATA Power Cable, BUT! also connected what looks like the Floppy Power Cable to the Factory Jumper Socket???

You should only have two cables connected, the RED SATA Bus cable and the SATA Power cable, nothing connects to that small connector thats a jumper block for factory settings ONLY!!!!!!

Only one cable should be going to the PSU and one cable the middle red one to the sata on the Motherboard.
