Hi and welcome to SF!

I suspect the graphic card. Try to re-install the driver and see how it goes. When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Update directx as well:

Updated drivers of everything but I still get windows crashing programs. Windows movie maker stops working when im trying to save my work... any game will play for about 5-10 minutes then stop working. each time it says a problem cause the program to stop working. Have not had any BSODs yet since the update but whats the point of having a computer that cant run programs???

C:\Users\Street\AppData\Local\Temp\WER3C74.tmp.hdmp this is the file that it tells me is connected to the movie maker shut down.

Also, please update this driver:
Code:
ASACPI ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 09:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)

The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 10th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

Replaced the ASACPI drvier and it went a little farther this time in windows live but still got hung up at about 89% on the save instead of 40%. Do you need an error report for these program crashes? if soo please let me know where to find them. I would really like to get this working as I need if for work :( its already costing me money as off now.

First, please note that these reports are like a road map. It leads us to within a few feet of the destination and then nothing. That being said:

BC 50 may also be anti virus. May I suggest that you uninstall Mcafee and install Security Essentials, Malwarebytes and the Windows Firewall. At least for test purposes.

Great, you are ok then. But I do think that at one time (maybe when purchased) the computer had McAfee. If so use the Mcafee unistall tool to remove.

This driver shows on your report

Components of 2 antivirus may conflict.

Can you please upload the DMP file to us? The information you provided is not enough for us to analyze
Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy all of the dmp files to the desktop. Select all>right-click on one>Send to>New Compressed folder. Then attach the zip file to your next post by use of the paperclip icon in the advanced editor.

I'm sorry I'm misunderstanding what you meant. When did you do fresh install? Did you just do that after my advise in previous page????

Again, based on these 3 DMP file, I suspect your graphic card as dxgkrnl.sys is still beling blamed. I would suggest you if you can borrow another graphic card and try on your system.
You can try to re-install the graphic card again. When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Code:
fffff880`01124000 fffff880`0113e000 SI3132 SI3132.sys Thu Oct 04 01:39:29 2007 (4703E1E1)
fffff880`01904000 fffff880`0190c000 SiRemFil SiRemFil.sys Thu Jun 21 02:42:10 2007 (46798312)
fffff880`011d8000 fffff880`011e1000 SiWinAcc SiWinAcc.sys Fri Jun 15 07:02:02 2007 (4671D6FA)

They belong to Silicon image drivers. Please update them now or remove them. Drivers date from 2007 can't make your system run stable and actually I saw them appear in one of the crash. There are some exceptions but drivers need to be at least from 2009 until now to be compatible with window 7 most cases.

Please update this driver, I think I mentioned earlier:
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

ya i updated the asacpi like you asked and that one for the time is solved also ran are hard disk check on a brand new hard drive and it is fine aswell. I have had the computer shutting down when trying to run memtest86 so I believe there is some faulty ram. The video drivers are the version specific for my OS and they are on a fresh install of windows. So the only BSOD I was getting was the ntoskrnl.exe driver one. Could this be RAM issue aswell? If so I believe that is the issue for this BSOD, however, I have currently starting getting 2 more BSODS which are linked to these drivers: CLFS.SYS & Ntfs.sys Could these be linked to RAM aswell?

Please upload the newest dmp to us to prevent misunderstanding. If you upload every dmp, I will not know which one is the one you are having currently.
It could be RAM that is faulty because 2 of the DMP above show exception code c000005 that is memory access violation. Therefore try to do memtest again.
Ntfs.sys is hard drive controller driver, therefore please run a hard drive diagnostic:

Just out of curiousity, why are you running the 64-bit Windows, when you only have 2GB RAM? You really should be using the 32-bit version, and perhaps this driver compatibility is part of the issue.

The problem is very likely related to your outdated Silicon Image storage drivers. I could not find them under the downloads section for Window 7, but I did find Vista drivers, dated 2007/01/29.

I did find this driver that should work: http://www.siliconimage.com/docs/3132r5_x86_15190_logo_win7.zip

Be sure to install that.
