I guessing that Asus Utility stuff caused that BSOD, (AsUpIO.sys). I guess it was activated to work when window start up and caused BSODs. Instead of turning it off, Do you mind to un-install that Asus Utility stuff to test?
Secondly, it's likely that silicon image driver contribute to the crashes.
I would suggest you to uninstall Asus untility programs and then Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.
