Program for watching processess,and some kind of memory

So I need a program which could be able to show me even hidden processess,and how much memory is consumed where,but don't know which one is compatible(and free if possible)
I have downloaded some iso,but there was some kind of trojan inside.I estracted it and deleted later,but harm was already done.I've found some weird G.exe process,and memory meter went high on 80%-90%.
So,after deletion of G.exe,memory meter is still high so I would like to know what exactly causing tjat.
Right now,I am scanning whole system,and MSSE already found something,but I wuld like to know where is that hidden process,because I can't see it in task manager.

for processes I would say just install and run "hijackthis". It will show the process and registry entry for what you're looking for.

In addition, you might see if using Resource Monitor may be able to help find it as well.

Haven't even looked at any security related site,but one realyy doesn't need to be I don't know how smart to see that G.exe is not the everyday part of his PC.
Altough,my scan is still running,and mr.G is already found on one more place.

The resource monitor is the program with windows 7 that does networking telling you what programs are using bandwidth processes hardrives and services.to find it open task manager and go to performance. and click resource manager
