programs and taskbar acting weird

first it started on my taskbar. when i would try to press a icon it would just flash up and off really fast. i went into task manager an stopped explorer.exe and then restarted it. my taskbar is better but some programs are still acting weird to. for instance i was watching a movie last night and randomly the volume control kept switching on mute and off mute insanely fast. and other programs keep having stupid little things like this happen. can anyone help i have no clue whats going on. i just recently factory reset my computer and these things was happening before to.

I would suggest you run an Anti-Virus program. If you don't have one try this, it is free. Download Microsoft Security Essentials from Official Microsoft Download Center It sounds like a Virus has got you. Let us know if the program helps.
