Protect Startup menu?

Happy to join you in this great forum

Sorry to begin first thread with a question

but I'd like to ask if there is any tool or way that protect startup menu from any change?

As you know almost of software adding itself to the startup menu each time you run it.

Also it's hard to clean windows startup each time you use computer.

So is there any possible way to do that
