Protokolling Started/running Programms

Hi,

I’m looking for a program which protocols when programs are started and how long they run.
The program than should provide a statistical output to show:
- How often which program is started
- How long which program was running
If the program also monitors the network load that would also be fine. (peak/average load + Daytime)
I already looked for such program but didn’t find any realy usefull as they don# provide a useful output. Or they only run a Week.
