My cousin has a desktop PC running Windows 7 Home Premium, yesterday he asked me to re-install Windows on it. I did but now his mouse and keyboard doesn't work(PS/2), there are exclamation signs on both the device on device manager.I tried to update them but it says up-to-date.I reconnected them several times but it doesn't work.
NOTE : THEY BOTH WORK WHILE THE PC IS BOOTING AND WHEN I'M ON BIOS.ALSO USB MICE WORK
