Solved PSU Question - Help ASAP PLZZ

I have a question about a PSU I bought, it is a Thermaltake TR2 TR-500 500W and it is used. I put the PSU under load with a game and the +12v rail went as low as 12.5x. With the 400W Sparkle I had in it went as low as 11.8x under load. I am thinking I could use more watts in this system so I bought that PSU but now I am concerned about +12v going that low. Is that a safe drop?

Voltages will vary, that is not that much of a drop.

A 3% drop is about the limit and that would be .36v drop which would be 11.64v. A top PSU will only drop by 1%.
