hi everyone
i first apologize for my bad English

i got some problems with my new laptop this 1:
HP Pavilion dv7-3000 Entertainment notebook pc serie specificaties - HP Thuis en Thuiskantoor producten
specs are there

this laptop is totally new 2 days old. windows 7 64 bit home-basic was already installed.
the problems I'm dealing with are not serious but annoying.
when i play the game aion my screen has all this wear-do purple strips from top to down.
also when i quit the game i have on my task bar those glitches but when i hovering over it with my mouse its gone

well what i tried so far.
first i tried to restart the laptop.
then the problems still occur
i tried 2 update all my drivers but there where no updates.
then i restarted again and its begins to do windows updates.
when rebooted i tried it again, but still the purple stripes occur.

I still think the game is the main cause of this glitch but maybe u see it different
well i hope someone can help me fix this.

Ty in advance

My Computer

OS
Windows 7 64 bit Home
Download the latest version of the video drivers to your desktop
Uninstall the current video drivers
Install the freshly downloaded video drivers

If that doesn't fix it, take it back and get a new one. No sense in hassling with a faulty laptop if it's brand new.
