Qs Concerning De-Bloating Win 7 Pro

Considering Chris Titus Tool on multiple Win 10 Pro and single Win 11 Pro computers. Will use "suggested" settings.

Apparently this tool is unavailable for Win 7 Pro. What are the respected and reasonably safe alternatives? Goal is minimal bloat, increased speed, and reduced spyware, etc.

Someone going by the name blackviper wrote a guide on configuring windows services. Please note though that I haven't actually tried it myself. Really 7 has nowhere near the bloat and spyware of 10 and especially 11.
