Hey Guys,
I bought a nwe Gigabyte motherboard recently and it has a dual BIOS on it, If one of the BIOS fails for whatever reason then the back up one kicks in and takes over, The other day when I turned on my PC the Bootup screen said something along the lines of fail BIOS and did a download or whatever to the new BIOS, Then it booted up normally and is working fine.
I have no idea why my BIOS would have failed so shortly after getting the Motherboard, That is a matter I will have to look at. My question is How do I know for sure that my Motherboard is using the backup BIOS?? Were can I see were it will tell me?? Also what can I do with my "failed" BIOS now? Can I wipe it and use it again?? Or am I down to my last BIOS now??
Thank you in advance for any help in this matter guys!
