Questions with my cpu clock

Hey so I have the msi z77A GD55 board and a 3570k and I run 4,4ghz as a daily clock and have done prety much since i've got it it but doesn't run at 4.4ghz instead it runs at 4390. and 1.09volts now this is more for my ocd then anything but I was wondering why does it not run at directly what I set it and is there any way to make it run at the clocks/voltage I set?

Hi mate,

Well it's down to the BCLK Frequency, in your screenshot it is showing as 99.77.
For the CPU to show as precisely 4.4GHz it would need to be 100.
In my experience the BCLK frequency always fluctuates a little in normal use but should also hit 100 dead on for some of the time.
