RAM memory temperature ?

Is there anyway that I can check my RAM temperatures ?

I know of no program that can do that. I use a red dot infrared thermometer to get the temps. Mine is made by MASTERCOOL. It comes in handy for a lot of temps; ram, north bridge, ect.

Thank you for answering. I know that infrared thermometer can do that, but I was thinking if any software can do that.

As far as I am aware, there is no program capable of doing that with memory modules. Even if there was, it would rely on getting its information from a sensor on board the chip or module, and I'm not aware of any memory modules with this feature. As Layback Bear has said, the easiest way to get a temperature reading is to use an infra-red thermometer (or similar) device.
