I'll start with some history first. The computer was build two weeks ago and when I 1st built the computer I was getting a random reboot that was caused by a Kernel power error. I slowly increased the voltage being supplied to the ram and this problem went away.
I was then getting random application crashes; mostly in IE9 and in Eveonline. At the time I had Norton Internet Security 2012 installed. After one crash; Norton kept popping up errors in trying to load. After dealing with Norton's customer support I decided to go ahead and just do a fresh install of Windows 7.
I did the fresh install as a clean install and started to install all the windows 7 updates. After the clean install; I started to get BSOD's again (NTFS_FILE_System; PFN_LIST_Corrupt; KMODE_Exception_Not_Handled; SPECIAL_Pool_Detected_Memory_Corruption). These were solved by slowly raising the memory voltage. I found out my model motherboard seems to undervolt the memory for some reason.
I've also ran driver verifier and it threw one bsod; which was caused by a Norton Internet Security driver. I went ahead and uninstalled NIS (used the uninstall and then ran Norton's removal tool).
I've not had any BSOD's since; but I'm still getting random application crashes. I would say that most of the crashes have been in IE9; but tonight I started getting some MMC crashes while in Event viewer.

These were just this evening; after having 2 Eve clients open and trying to do some internet surfing using IE9. Just about all the application crashes have had an exception code of: 0xc0000005 and that originally made me think it was a memory issue; but I downloaded and ran the latest version of memtest for 19 hours and it didn't find any errors (this was 5 or 6 passes total). So I'm having trouble thinking that I'm having problems with the memory.
I've also ran the SFC /scannow command and it has also came back with no issues.
Under msconfig; startup; I only show: MS Intellitype pro; Intellipoint; Realtek HD audio manager; microsoft security client; USB 3.0 monitor; Adobe Reader and Acrobat Manager; and Java Platfor SE Auto Updater 2 0.
I've never had this much trouble getting a new computer stable. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
